The dvips manual

The program dvips is in most situations the preferred program to use for incoporating graphics into TEX files of all flavours. You can get the program for almost all platforms through the Internet, without cost, from the developer himself, Tom Rockicki. Here are copies of the manual in case you want to find out what you're getting:
